Terms of Service

FactVerse is a production and publishing workflow for short-form educational video content. By connecting a social-media account, you authorize FactVerse to perform only actions you explicitly initiate, approve, or schedule.

Content and responsibility

You remain responsible for the accuracy, rights, legality, and platform compliance of content delivered through your account. FactVerse does not guarantee distribution, reach, revenue, moderation approval, or continued availability of third-party features.

Connected accounts

You must connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Platform permissions are limited to the features required for the selected workflow. You may revoke access through the platform at any time.

Uploads and publication

FactVerse distinguishes between uploading, staging, scheduling, and public publication. A technical quality check does not by itself authorize public publication. The user remains responsible for reviewing content and providing the required final approval.

Third-party platforms

Use of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other connected services is also governed by each provider's terms and policies. Providers may independently change permissions, limits, moderation outcomes, and API availability.

Availability

The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable safeguards are used to avoid duplicate or unauthorized actions, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
